Child Safety Seat Inspections are conducted by specially trained members of the Endicott Fire Department.

Parking Ticket Payments

Parking Tickets may be paid at the Customer Service Desk located in the Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 E. Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760. Payments are accepted Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, except holidays. The contact number for parking tickets is 607-757-2434.

Accident Report Requests

Accident reports may be requested in person at the police department desk during the following times:

Monday-Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM

NOTE: You must provide the date of the accident and the proper spelling of the driver or registered owner of the vehicle.

Freedom of Information Law Requests

FOIL requests for Endicott Police Department records must be filed at the Municipal Building, 1009 E. Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760. Requests in person must be filed between the hours of 8 AM-4 PM at the customer service desk.

Dumpster Permit Requests

Approval must be obtained prior to placing a dumpster on any portion of village property, including but not limited to streets, sidewalks and parking lots. Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance of when you want to place the dumpster.
Contact Assistant Clerk/Treasurer Janice Orlando at 607-757-2435 to begin the approval process.

You will be required to provide the following:

  1. Proposed address location of the dumpster
  2. Sketch or Diagram.
  3. Length of time the dumpster will be in place.

To obtain approval, you may be required to provide visual safety devices such as traffic cones, barrier tape or similar items on a 24/7 basis.

Winter Parking Rules

Winter parking rules are in effect each year from December 1st through March 31st the following year.

Village Law §235-19 prohibits parking or stopping of any motor vehicle on any Village streets and in municipal parking lots between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, unless otherwise posted.

In addition to the above, Village Law §235-52.2 notes certain locations in the Village where parking is prohibited from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM after a snow emergency, to allow for snow removal.

A snow emergency is defined as any snowfall of three inches or more.

Drug Drop Box Collection

Drugs may be dropped in the collection box during business hours when the Police Department front lobby is open. The lobby is generally open during the following hours:

Mon-Fri: 7 AM-5 PM*
Sat & Sun: 7 AM – 3 PM*

*Note – If officers are needed on patrol or during and emergency, the station may be locked.

special needs/disability decals

The Police Department will provide decals that can be placed on a home, business, or vehicle to assist with alerting officers that an individual may be present who has a disablity and/or special needs.  If you live or work in the Village of Endicott and would like a decal, please stop by our front desk Mon-Fri from 8 AM – 4 PM.

PARKING PERMITS

According to Village of Endicott Law §235-37, listed below, parking permits may be issued to park in municipal parking lots beyond the normal 2-hour parking limit.  To obtain a parking permit, you must apply online at the following website:

§235-37 Yearly Parking Permits

  1. The Village Clerk may issue yearly parking permits for day parking between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., which shall entitle a holder of such permit to be parked in any municipal parking lot during the hours for which such permit was issued without the payment of moneys required for that period of time parked. It is expressly a condition of such yearly parking permit that parking space in any municipal parking lot is not guaranteed to a vehicle for which a yearly parking permit is issued but that such yearly parking permit shall merely permit parking pursuant to the yearly parking permit without the payment of moneys for each use during the time period of that yearly parking permit.
  2. The Village Clerk is authorized to make suitable rules and regulations for the issuance and renewal of yearly parking permits.
