Endicott Police Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Village of Endicott Police Department, in a partnership with the citizenry, is to protect life and property, to understand and serve the needs of the community and to improve the quality of life by building capacities to maintain order, resolve problems, and apprehend criminals in a manner consistent with the law and reflective of shared community values.
 
Composition of the Endicott Police Department
 
The Endicott Police Department currently employs 35 full time, sworn police officers,  a civilian staff of 10 part time employee (which include crossing guards and janitorial staff) and 4 full time support staff (which includes our clerical staff and parking authority staff.)
Of our 35 full time officers,  we currently have assignments in the Patrol Division, the Detective Division (adult investigations as well as juvenile investigations), the Street Crimes/K-9 unit, and Administration (including the Community Services Division and the School Resource Officer program).

Here at the Endicott Police Department,  we are a fully accredited  police agency.   Our well-trained officers are available to respond to your calls for emergency service 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

DWI Crackdown Aug. 2010

 

 New York STOP-DWI Crackdown - Over the Limit. Under Arrest"

"

This national crackdown campaign will take place in New York from August 20 - September 6, 2010 and will target drunk and impaired operators of motor vehicles, including motorcycles during the period running up to Labor Day. Endicott PD will be  participating in this crackdown.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sponsors this nationwide crackdown.
